Order Processing & Shipping: accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

We ship to the United States. We are not able to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, Canada or International Countries. Be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout.

How is my order shipped and what are my shipping fees? uses USPS as our preferred shipping carrier. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days from the time your order is confirmed and leaves our warehouse. If your order is under $30 it will be shipped USPS First Class Mail and if your order is over $30 it will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. 

(Please note that delivery times do not include our 48-hour processing time or weekend delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. Please be aware that holiday times may take longer than usual.) 

What is the status of my order?

All orders made after 2:00 pm will not be processed until the following day. Please allow 2 business days for our processing period on all orders.

When your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. When your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email. If you have chosen In-Store Pick Up, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been completed when your item is ready for pickup. If any item is out of stock you will be refunded for that item only and will receive an additional email with the refund information. Please allow 2-5 business days for your refund to be completed.

You must use the RETURN FORM  to make any returns to

  • - All returns MUST be made within 30 days of the original shipping date.
  • - All items MUST be returned in their original, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and smoke-free condition.
  • - All items MUST be returned with the original tags attached and must meet all return requirements, if not you will be subject to a restock fee of up to 50% of the original item that will be taken off the refund issued as a store credit only.
  • - All Jewelry is a FINAL SALE
  • - All SALE ITEMS are a FINAL SALE this includes item included in FLASH SALES AND PROMOTIONS
  • - All DAMAGED ITEMS MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving shipment or they are not eligible to return
  • - Gift Cards and E-Certificates are a FINAL SALE and may not be returned for a refund or exchange
  • - Shoes must be in the original shoe box when returned. Please be sure to package them safely so they arrive undamaged or they will not be accepted as a return and will be returned to you
  • - If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package and prior to being worn or washed with the original tags still attached. If item is worn or washed it is not eligible for return
  • - If you want to exchange your item for a different size, you will receive your store credit only after the item has been returned to, however, we cannot guarantee that at the time we receive your return the item you want will still be available. 
  • - Please allow up to 2 business days for all replies on customer service inquiries.
  • - If you cancel your order after you have completed it online, you MUST call or email customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. You will be charged a restock fee of 20% of your purchase to do so. This will be deducted from the amount of your original purchase before the refund is made, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund. If you would like to receive Store Credit instead of a refund, you must specify at the time of cancellation

Instructions for Returning an Item:

1. Please be sure that your item meets the return policy requirements. If it does not and is returned to you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it returned to you. Items that DO NOT meet the requirements will NOT be accepted.

2. Download and complete the RETURN FORM for the items you are returning.

3. Return items in packaging as they were received to protect them and you include the RETURN FORM  and send to:

*Be sure to use a trackable return method when sending your package back to us. When we receive your package it may take up to 5-7 business days to process. You will be notified via email when the return is complete and store credit has been applied to your account.

*Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective or wrong item(s).
